Gold and Platinum get first pick on route days near your address — same-day or next-day booking when our truck is already in your area.

What happens if I don't use my monthly service?

Service credits run within your 12-month membership year (July to July) and don't expire month-to-month — if a winter cold snap pushes a wash to spring, your seven Bronze hand washes still get done before renewal. We'll text you when you have unused credits as the year winds down so nothing gets left on the table.

Can I have a household membership for multiple vehicles?

Yes. Each additional vehicle is 30% off that tier's Standard-class rate. So Gold + 1 extra Standard vehicle is $119 + $83 = $202/month. Larger vehicle classes use their own grid prices with the same 30% off. Vehicles get serviced together on the same visit when scheduling allows.

Can I upgrade or downgrade my tier?

Any time, from your portal. Upgrades take effect immediately and are prorated. Downgrades take effect at your next billing cycle so you don't lose the service you've already paid for that month.

What does “founding-member rate” actually mean?

You lock in the current year's price, and that same price holds for next year's renewal — even if list prices go up for new members. The rate is yours as long as the membership stays active. We do this on purpose: early members are the ones who help us prove the model, and you should benefit from being early.

How do I cancel?

Memberships are annual commitments — you sign up for the July-to-July membership year and the 12 equal payments that cover it. You can end the membership at the close of the year; we'll send a renewal nudge before each July so you can decide then. Mid-year cancellation is handled case-by-case (real life happens — moves, totaled vehicles, etc.). Reach out and we'll work it out.

Do members get a fixed time slot each month?

Sort of — when you sign up we'll discuss a recurring preference (e.g., "first Thursday of the month around 10 AM") and try to honor it consistently. Things shift with weather and route logistics, but Gold and Platinum members get priority on holding the slot they want.
