How do I book an appointment?
The fastest path is our online booking flow — five short steps, takes a few minutes. You can also call, text, or send a message and we'll book it for you. All requests get personally reviewed and confirmed within the day — no automatic confirmations.
Can I book same-day service?
Sometimes — depends on the day. We hold occasional same-day slots for express services (Quick Shine, exterior-only). Larger jobs (Showroom Ready, ceramic coatings) need more lead time. Call us directly for same-day asks — we can give you a yes or no on the spot.
How far in advance should I book?
Rough guidelines:
  • Quick Shine / Fleet Express: 2–3 days out
  • The Works / Showroom Ready: 1 week out
  • Ceramic coatings (quote-only): 2–3 weeks out, includes prep day
See the contact page for current hours. Members get priority booking and can typically slot in sooner.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Yes — and members get extra leeway.

Standard policy: Reschedule or cancel free up to 24 hours before the appointment from your portal — deposit refunded in full. Inside 24 hours, the deposit is forfeited (we held that slot for you). No-shows forfeit the deposit and incur a $25 rebooking fee on the next service.

Members (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum): Free reschedule or cancel up to 4 hours before the appointment — deposits are never forfeited. Same-day rescheduling is fine when our calendar has room, and you keep priority on rebooking. Members are also exempt from no-show fees.

What's the difference between the packages?
Quick Shine (~2 hr) is a refresher — hand wash, both glass surfaces, interior vacuum and wipe-down. The Works (~4 hr, most popular) is a full inside-and-out — upgrades the vacuum to a deep clean, adds tire & wheel, trunk, engine bay, leather and a carnauba hand wax. Showroom Ready (~5 hr) is the top fixed-price package — everything in The Works plus clay bar, carpet & upholstery shampoo, one-step machine polish, and a graphene spray coating. For full multi-stage paint correction and 1- or 3-year ceramic coatings, we work on a quote basis — see the services page for ceramics, or the packages page for the fixed-price ladder.
Do you detail RVs, boats, motorcycles, or equipment?
Yes to all. We handle cars, trucks, SUVs, vans, motorcycles, RVs, boats, and machinery/equipment. For very large or specialty vehicles (yacht-grade detailing, heavy farm equipment, semi-trucks) we send a custom quote — reach out with photos via the contact form and we'll come back with pricing.
Do you offer ceramic coatings and paint correction?
Yes. Available services: one-step machine polish, spray sealant, 12-month graphene spray coating, and professional 1-year and 3-year ceramic coatings. The ceramic coatings are quote-only — pricing depends on vehicle size, paint condition, and prep needed (1-year coatings start at $700, 3-year coatings start at $1,200). Multi-stage paint correction isn't offered through the site at this time. Most coating work is booked 2–3 weeks out and includes a prep day.
Can I add à la carte services to a package?
Absolutely. Mix and match anything. The booking flow lets you pick a package and stack à la carte items (headlight restoration, engine bay cleaning, ozone odor treatment, etc.) on top. Add-on discounts scale with membership — from 10% at Bronze up to 25% at Platinum.
Pricing & payment
5 questions
How much does a detail cost?
Starting prices (Standard-class vehicle): Quick Shine $120, The Works $315 (most popular), Showroom Ready $599, Fleet Express $70, Gift Detail $199 (flat across all sizes). Ceramic coatings are quote-only — from $700 (1-year) or $1,200 (3-year). Mid / Large / X-Large vehicles add 20–65% to the package above. Sales tax (5.5%) is added at checkout. The booking flow gives you a live total as you build your service.
Why does pricing vary by vehicle condition?
Heavier soiling takes more time and consumables — that's it. Standard condition has no surcharge. Heavy condition (visible buildup, mud) runs ~30% more. Extreme condition (heavy stains, pet damage, smoke) runs ~60% more. We surface condition during booking so there are no surprises at the appointment.
Is a deposit required?
For bookings totaling $200 or more, yes — a $50 deposit through Stripe at booking. Under $200, no deposit. Deposit applies toward your final balance. It's fully refunded if you cancel more than 24 hours before the appointment, and forfeited if you cancel inside that window or no-show. Members never forfeit deposits regardless of timing — see our cancellation policy for member specifics.
What payment methods do you accept?
Card (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), Apple Pay / Google Pay, cash, and check. Cards run through Stripe — secure, encrypted, never stored on our end. Fleet and recurring members get invoiced monthly via ACH or card on file.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes — pick the Gift Detail package ($199) or any custom dollar amount. Comes with a printed presentation card. The recipient gets full flexibility on scheduling and can apply the credit to any service we offer. Reach out if you need it for a specific occasion or want it shipped.
The detail day
4 questions
Do I need to be home during the detail?
Not at all. As long as we can access the vehicle and have a flat spot to set up, you're free to be away. We'll send a quick text when we arrive, again at the halfway mark, and once when we're done. Pay through the portal whenever's convenient.
Do you bring your own water and power?
Yes — fully self-contained. We carry our own water (filtered), generator power, and all chemicals/gear. We don't use your hose, your outlets, or your supplies. The only thing we ask for is a roughly flat spot to set up.
What if it rains on my appointment day?
Light rain we work through with portable canopies. Heavy storms or anything that compromises a finish-sensitive service (ceramic coating, polish) — we reschedule, no fee. You'll get a text the night before if the forecast looks rough.
How long will the detail take?
Quick Shine ~2 hr · The Works ~4 hr · Showroom Ready ~5 hr · Fleet Express ~45 min · Gift Detail ~4 hr · Ceramic coatings span 1–2 days. À la carte add-ons add their own time on top, and heavier vehicle conditions can stretch the estimate by up to 60%. The booking flow shows a live time estimate as you build your service.
