Yes. We carry general liability + garage keepers insurance. We can email a Certificate of Insurance naming your company within a day of request, and our W-9 is ready to go for AP onboarding. Standard procurement paperwork is no issue.

That's how 95% of our fleet visits work. We bring our own water, power, and chemicals — we just need parking room. If your shop has an outdoor area or covered bay we can work in, we're set. We can also work after-hours so we don't get in the way of operations.

Rough math: 2 hours per vehicle, plus 15 minutes of setup/teardown. A 6-vehicle Starter fleet is a single workday. A 20-vehicle Growth fleet is typically split across 2 days — usually back-to-back so it stays contained. Enterprise fleets get custom schedules with rolling rotations.

Yes. Add a vehicle anytime — it's prorated and billed on next month's invoice. Remove vehicles with 30 days' notice for billing purposes. If a vehicle is out of service or sold, just let us know and we'll adjust.

We'll flag it, send photos, and quote the extra work before doing anything. Pet hair, deep stains, paint correction — anything beyond the standard Fleet Express needs your approval first. No surprise add-ons on the invoice.

Yes. Ceramic coatings significantly reduce ongoing wash time and extend the life of fleet paint. For Enterprise customers we'll plan a phased rollout — coating a handful of vehicles per month over a quarter — priced as a one-time add-on with multi-vehicle discounts. Particularly useful for branded vehicles where the wrap or paint quality directly reflects on the company.

If we can't work at your facility for some reason (no water runoff, lease restrictions, indoor-only fleet), we can have vehicles dropped off at an alternate location or work out a rotation — drive 2 trucks to us, then we swap. We've sorted this for everyone we've onboarded.
